Steven Kennedy

Steven Kennedy has developed his career as a chef spanning some 22 years. After achieving his qualifications under Hubert Amann, he traveled extensively through Asia, Europe Japan and Amercia, enhancing his already strong talent and love of food, settling in the UK for seven years working with European chefs and extending his expertise further. On his return to Australia he has worked in many establishments in Sydney. Some of the Restaurants of renown where Steven has been chef have included Pruniers of Woollahra, Barrenjoey House at Palm Beach , Baronia House in Mosman and Riminis of Manly.

Three years ago with a highly developed passion for regional Australian flavours, and the need to educate people of Australia and the world on just what Australia has to offer, he teamed with his now partner Melissa Molenaar to create a unique food tours and intimate catering company. As well, the two have created their own range of 'all natural' gourmet condiments.

With the opening of St Killians, Steven and Melissa are proud to have such an opportunity to showcase the Hunters Fine wines and regional produce, in a truly unique and amazing property, completing the St Killians experience.
